Found a lower price on the same booking somewhere else within 24 hours of yours? We'll refund 110% of the difference. Members aren't supposed to lose to public sites. If somehow you do, we make it more than right.
Applies to hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation homes, and rental cars. Excludes airfare.
Membership Price Lock
Join during our Launch Phase and your annual membership rate is guaranteed to never go up — as long as you stay a member in consecutive years. New members down the road may pay more. You won't.
Locked rate applies only while membership is continuously renewed each year. Skipping a year forfeits the lock.
Long‑Term Loyalty Reward
After five consecutive years of membership, your rate moves to our loyalty tier starting in year six — and it's guaranteed to never go up from there. Stick with us, and the math keeps getting better.
