Fetch Travel, LLC — Subscription Membership Terms & Conditions. By checking the acknowledgment box during enrollment, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership Term
My Fetch Travel, LLC annual subscription begins on the date I enroll and remains active for 12 months, ending the day before that date the following year.
Fetch Travel memberships do not automatically renew. To continue my membership, I must proactively renew by submitting payment for the next 12-month term. If I do not submit payment, my membership will expire at the end of its term.
2. Travel Completion Window After Membership Expiration
- If I choose not to renew, I may still make reservations and complete travel for up to 60 days after my membership expiration date.
- All travel must be completed within this 60-day window.
- Any unused reservations or uncompleted travel after this period will be forfeited.
- No refunds will be issued by Fetch Travel, LLC or any vendor.
3. Reservation Rules & Vendor Responsibilities
Fetch Travel, LLC partners with multiple travel vendors, including resorts, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, and other travel service providers.
Each vendor sets its own reservation rules, cancellation policies, fees, and terms. These rules vary by property, brand, and type of travel.
When I make a reservation, I enter into an agreement directly with the vendor, not with Fetch Travel, LLC.
Fetch Travel, LLC is not responsible for:
- Vendor policies
- Vendor cancellations or changes
- Misunderstandings regarding vendor rules
- Compensation, refunds, or credits related to vendor reservations
I agree to review and abide by all vendor-specific terms presented at the time of booking.
4. No Rescission Period & No Refunds
- My annual membership fee is non-refundable, in whole or in part, once paid.
- There is no rescission period.
- Whether or not I use the platform, make reservations, or travel, my membership remains active for the full 12-month term.
5. Customer Service
Customer service is available by:
- Phone
- Online chat (within the platform)
The email address used at signup will be used to identify my account. I agree to contact Customer Service during posted operating hours.
6. Price Match Guarantee
The 110% Price Match Guarantee does not apply to airfare or flights.
7. Rewards Credits
- Rewards Credits are issued and managed solely by the fulfillment provider.
- Credits may be used for up to 10 years, provided my membership remains active and renewed each year.
- If I do not renew my membership, all unused credits and their associated value are forfeited.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for refunds.
8. Primary & Secondary Subscriber
The individuals listed as the Primary and Secondary subscribers on the account cannot be changed at any time in the future. I confirm that the information I provide is accurate.
9. Membership Pricing & Loyalty Benefits
Standard Pricing
- The standard annual membership price is $1,199.
- After five (5) consecutive years at this rate, my renewal price is guaranteed to never surpass $1,199 beginning in year six and for all subsequent years, provided I continue to renew consecutively each year without interruption.
Promotional Pricing
- If I enroll under a promotional price (e.g., $699), that promotional price becomes my ongoing renewal price.
- After five (5) consecutive years at the promotional rate, my renewal price is guaranteed to never surpass the promotional price I originally paid, beginning in year six and for all subsequent years, provided I continue to renew consecutively each year.
Consecutive Renewal Requirement
To maintain eligibility for loyalty pricing or guaranteed renewal pricing:
- I must proactively renew each year by responding to Fetch Travel’s renewal reminders and submitting payment before my membership expires.
- If I do not renew for any year, my consecutive-year status resets.
- If my consecutive-year status resets, I will be subject to the then-current membership price if I choose to rejoin in the future.
Loyalty pricing and guaranteed renewal pricing are benefits offered only to members who renew every year without interruption.
10. Renewal Reminders
Fetch Travel, LLC will contact me via email, phone, and/or text within 60 days of my membership expiration date to:
- Remind me of my upcoming expiration
- Provide renewal instructions
- Collect updated payment information if needed
Because memberships do not automatically renew, I must respond to these reminders and submit payment to continue my membership and maintain any loyalty-based or promotional renewal pricing.
11. Ending My Membership
I may end my membership simply by choosing not to renew.
- No notice is required.
- My membership will expire at the end of its 12-month term.
- There are no cancellation fees, no transfers, and no refunds.
12. Privacy
Fetch Travel, LLC does not sell my personal information to third parties. All data handling is governed by the company’s full Privacy Policy.
13. No Automatic Renewal — Member Action Required
Fetch Travel, LLC memberships do not automatically renew. Fetch Travel will never charge my payment method without my express authorization.
To continue my membership each year, I must:
- Review the renewal reminder sent approximately 60 days before my expiration date
- Confirm my intent to renew
- Submit payment for the next 12-month term
If I do not take these steps, my membership will expire automatically. Failure to proactively renew will result in the loss of any loyalty pricing or promotional renewal guarantees.
